Eastend Munnar

The buffet breakfast spread was excellent, especially on the second morning with a variety of options to start the day.

WiFi connectivity was essentially unavailable in the rooms, which forced us to relocate to the lounge for any online work.

Popular and great venue, perfect location very close to central munnar as well as a beautiful garden with swings and tree house. Bright, incredible room provided with free tea, roses, coffee.

What a real good stay, no complaints whatsoever. Popular, clean venue with perfect and convenient location just next door to the restaurant of Eastend Munnar, all tourist place for munnar, and the garden. Fast check-in and good customer service. Easy parking on-site.

The room was a absoluteley disappointing view, given my reservation for a garden view. The reception staff, wow, they must have skipped their hospitality training. I almost wrote a glowing review, but the dirty restaurant table clothes made it hard to believe that was possible. What a let down.

The place is well-maintained, the staff are helpful and cooperative.

The spacious deluxe room was impressively clean, and the hotel arranged a lovely candlelight dinner that created wonderful memories. The staff, particularly Jiben, made our experience even more special.

There were several notable downsides. Some rooms lacked proper views contrary to reservations, and cleanliness in the restrooms leaves room for improvement. The breakfast buffet did not meet expectations, especially the quality of tea served. WiFi only works in the lobby and was quite slow, frustrating for anyone needing to get online. The ambiance in the coffee shop could use a pick-me-up as it seemed closed quite often.

Great game room and kids' play area kept everyone entertained. Room service was slow.

The property was well-maintained and offered excellent value. the staff, especially the receptionist, were very attentive. the location was exceptionally nice, right near the Slipstream Sculpture. Plus, the restaurant was conveniently located within 100 metres.

Garden vibes and comfy rooms!

This place has beautiful gardens you can chill in! The room was super spacious with fantastic views. Breakfast was a hit too, especially the in-room options. Just wish the WiFi worked better in the rooms. It was a bit spotty. A solid stay!

We were very impressed with the arrangement of our premium king room, which offered stunning views upon our arrival. the hotel boasts a fantastic and unbeatable location, conveniently situated close to the house Ayurvedic clinic, the charming Eastend cottage, and a variety of markets, shops, and restaurants. it's just a short distance from the main market, making it an ideal spot for our stay.

This place offers great value units with balconies and a fantastic selection of meal options.

The room was a great value, featuring free tea, a balcony, and plenty of natural light. It met all our needs perfectly. the location is outstanding, just 0.5 km from London Heathrow airport and easily accessible. It's also a short walk to a local market and the main market. 😊.

Everything was simply good. the hotel was fairly clean, and the staff was cooperative and attentive. We were given a great value for money room equipped with coffee facilities and a balcony. the highlight was the tasty food. the hotel's ideal central location next to the Market area, all the food joints, and the taxi stand made our stay even better.
